Why we built this
Picking software for your HVAC business is a big decision — and most of the "reviews" online are just thinly veiled ads written by people who've never run a service call. We built HVACStack to cut through that noise.
What we do
We research, test, and write honest breakdowns of the field service and HVAC software that contractors actually use — Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, Service Fusion, and more. We cover pricing, real-world usability, and who each tool is actually right for.
We also build free tools — like our job profitability calculator and flat rate pricing calculator — so contractors can run their numbers without paying for software they don't need yet.
How we stay independent
We earn a commission if you sign up for software through our links — that's how we keep the lights on. But our rankings and scores are never for sale. We call out the weaknesses of every platform, including the ones we link to, and we'll always tell you when a cheaper or simpler tool is the better fit.
